Dear Parents/Guardians,

As part of our topic ‘Down on the Farm’, we would like to take the children on a trip to the Cotswold Farm Park this term.

We have booked the trip for Thursday, 26th March. We will leave school at 9.00 am and return by 3.20 pm. The children will be in small groups, although we will travel around the farm as a whole class. The children will need to bring a packed lunch or order a school packed lunch via Scopay (choose; “Grab & Go” meal code B)

The cost for this trip will be £17 for each pupil. Therefore; we are asking parents for a voluntary contribution towards the visit. Please make payment on Scopay by Friday, 20th March.

Payment online is confirmation of parental permission for your child to attend. If you have problems making a payment online please contact the school office.

If you have a DBS clearance and you are available to help on this date, please let your child’s class teacher know.
