Message from our Head Teacher

Welcome to Haydonleigh Primary School’s website and to a school where ‘I am talented, together we are amazing’ underpins our philosophy.

We provide a secure and happy environment where the work is varied and challenging and every child and adult is valued. We set the children and ourselves high standards to enable every child to develop his or her potential to the full and become confident learners.

All parents are very welcome at Haydonleigh, and we see home and school working together as very important for your child.

Our website will give you a flavour of our school’s aims, the activities that the children are involved in, the achievements that we have gained and the wealth of memorable experiences that the children encounter.

I hope you enjoy the website and if you'd like to visit the school, please do not hesitate to contact me.

MOVIE CLUB FRIDAY 25th JANUARY 2019

 The Greatest Showman

 (PG Certificate)

Friday 25th January - 1:30-3:45pm

Our very popular Movie Afternoon is happening again; places are limited to 100 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please make sure that you complete a reply slip for each child attending so that they can be entered into the raffle to win a goodie bag which includes a copy of the DVD. The film is a PG so we will require parental permission; please return the slip below in an envelope to your child’s class teacher as soon as possible with the correct payment – either cash or cheques payable to ‘Haydonleigh PTA’.

Children will go to the theatre at the end of the school day, young children will be escorted from their classrooms and parents are not required to escort their children. All children will need to be collected from the theatre by their parents/carers at 3:45pm prompt as the school will be closed shortly afterwards.

Please note that any unruly behaviour can result in non-entrance. Parents will be called and children may be banned from future events.

We have revised the way children will be collected after the event, having listened to feedback and hope this will ensure a faster process at the end. We have also removed the need for the children to bring along their ticket and will be using a register to book children into the event who have paid.
