A reminder that we will be celebrating World Book Day during the week of the 1st March. Your child's teacher(s) will be planning and sharing some different reading activities across the week and we invite you and your child/ren to take part in the theme of 'Share a Story.'
Anytime from now until Friday 5th March, we ask that you take a photo of your child/ren sharing a story. This could be them reading to a sibling, a pet or reading to a grandparent via a video call. It doesn't have to show your child's face just a celebration of the joy of sharing a story.
Please send your photos via email to office@haydonleighschool, subject World Book Day Photo. Please state the child's name and year group in the body of the email. We will publish them on our social media throughout the week of 1st March.
